Can I return an item?
All sales are final, including pre-orders. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a return address.
Do you restock sold-out sets?
Some lines come back, especially Pokémon and One Piece. Message us with the set you want and we'll let you know.
Do you buy cards?
Yes. Use the Sell to us page and we'll come back with an offer.
